• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

At Nova Noche, your satisfaction is our priority. If you would like to make an exchange or report a defective item, please contact us at info@novanoche.com, including your order number in the subject of your email.

Exchange Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags intact.
• The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Custom or made-to-order items: these items are not accepted for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
